Kharo Mango Pickle (achar)

Kharo Mango Achar 
Recipe by Rashidabhen .A. lokhandwala( morbi)


Ingredients....
1)1kg" raja puri""mango na pieces
2) salt
3) haldi
4) 3/4 cup vinegar
5)1cup lasan no paste
6)rai na kuriya200 grams
7) 1 packet of adani / everest pickle mix
8)250 gram oil
         METHOD
Aa pickle 3 steps ma thase step 1)mango na pieces ne nimak ane haldi mix karine 1 hr vaste rakhi de.....after 1 hr mango na pieces ma sin pani nikalse ae pani ne chaina nitari lewanu  pani drain thai jai pachi ene ek cotton na kapra par keri na pieces ne fan na niche sukhawi de for 3-4 hrs....
Step2)  ---ek lagan ma -lasan no paste  ...  rai na kurya...vinegar ..pickle mix no packet..aa saglu ek sathe milawi de.....pachi je sukhawela mango pieces nakhi ne  barabar mix kare...taste the mixture if required add salt....pachi kach ni bottle ma bhari de...

Step 3)  oil ne ek vessel ma garam  kare ane ehne pachi overnight thandu karwa rakhi de next day aa thandu oil achar ni barni ma oil nakhwu pickle na upar sudhi awu joiye... daily stir pickle for 4-5 days...after 8-9 days pickle is ready  ....
