100 gms  Ghau (Whole Wheat)(bhighavi dav raat bhar)

75 gms Gol (Jaggery)khurchelu

50gms Ghee (Clarified Butter)

¼ cup Rava (Semolina)

2 tblsp Atta (Whole Wheat Flour)

1tsp Saunf (Fennel Seeds)ach kachru karelu

Gulab nu pani 3-4 bundh (Optional)

Badam Pista bukho  and khurchelu sukhu nariyal sajavane.

Tarikho:  pani ma c ghav nikali ane grinder ma 5-10 sec na lidhe grind karo. Pachi ehne pakva mukhi do cooker ma ane achchi rite pakavi lo. Vadhare na pakavanu.
Ek tapela ma ghee garam kari ehma gol milavo ane acchi tara halavo ja lag gol peghli jai. Pachi ehma atta,rawo ane sauf milavo.mix karo barabar c. Hawe ehma ghav ane 1/2 cup ghav nu pani milavo ane mix karo. Dhakan dhaki ane 10 min pakavo. 10 min pacchi dhakan hatavi barabar c mix karo gulab nu pani 3-4 bundh nakhi ne. Dhakan vagar 2 min pakva dav.
Lachko ready che nariyal c sajavo.

Suchana (Note):-
Mithaas apna swad na hisabe kum vadhare kari sako cho.
Aap  Haleem (Khichda Ghau) vapri sako cho. Agar Haleem ghau vapro cho toh grind karva ni jarurat nathi. Raat bhar bhigavu jaruri che (Soaking is must over night).
