Paneer Tikka Rolls

Ingredients-
1/2 block of Paneer cut into thin strips
1/4 tspn of 
Red chilĺie pwdr
Tandoori masala pwdr
Dhana jeera pwdr
Black pepper
Garlic pwdr
Salt
Oil
Corriander for garnish

*masalas can be adjusted per taste

Following Veges julliened
Red pepper
Green pepper
Onions

For rolls-
Rotis or tortillas

Method-
1. Marinate paneer in all the ingredients. Overnite if possible
2. Saute the veges in a skillet with a drop or 2 of oil  n pinch of salt
3. In the same hot skillet add marinated paneer. Saute for a minute or 2. Doesn't require cooking for too long. 
4. Place paneer tikkas on rotis or tortillas of ones choice. 
5. Garnish with corriander
6. Top with roasted/sauted veges
7. Roll the roti/tortillas.

Serving suggestions-
Serve with salad or chutney or yogurt or just rolls for lunch box!
