Su jose:-
Small size na bengan (approx 250gms)
Namak taste na mutabik,
Lal mirch powder one tea spoon,
Haldi powder half tea spoon,
Garam masala powder half tea spoon,
Dhana jiru powder one tea spoon,
Adark ane lesun paste one tea spoon,
Kaari masala one tea spoon,
Kothmir leafs small chopped,
Oil,
One lemon.

Banavano tariko

Pehla small size bengan lai ne ahne dhoi le ane ahna uper je umbrella aave che aee na kape.

Te baad ek bowl ma namak,marcha,haldi,dhana jiru,garam masala,kaari no masalo,aadu lasan nu paste,kothmir na leaves saglu mix kare ane ahna ander one tea spoon oil nakhe.

Oil na sathe ahna ander be si tan spoon pani add kare ane ek lemon nu juice add kari ne masala no paste banavi de je misal apne bhajiya no batter banavye che.

Ek fry pan ma 2 table spoons jetlu oil le
Oil garam thai to ek ek kari ne bengan oil ma nakhi de ane cover kari de
Ahne slow flame par cook karo.

Ane thori thori vaar ma paltavo jyar tak bengan ander tak soft thai jai.
