Instant Chicken By SMB Recipes

Ingredients

• Boneless Chicken 500 gms (small/ medium pcs as per choice)
• 2 table spoon Dahi
• 2 table spoon maida
• 2 table spoon cornflour
• 1/2 tsp black pepper (kaali mari powder)  
• salt as per taste
• 1 table spoon red chilly powder 
• 2 table spoon ginger garlic paste 
• 1 egg

• Upar aapela jitna bhi masala che sab ne ek saathe ek bowl ma add karo ane barabar mix kari leso... ane egg ne bhi todi ne yeh mixture ma nakhso ane barabar mix kari leso.......
• mixture tayyar thawa baad yehma chicken pcs nakhiso,,,,,
• ane yeh mixture na barabar mix kari leso....
• approx 5-10 mins yeh mixture ne marinate thawa deso.....
• ane pachi yeh ma ek ek chicken pcs nikali ne garam oil ma fry kari leso...
• golden brown thawa tak fry karjo...
• simple chicken tayyar
