BANWANI REET:
- Chawal ma pani nakhi ne bafi lo.... chawal normal si vadhare naram thava jove....
- Ek chamchi lai ne chawal ne barabar aathi lo.... barabar press kari lo ke ekdum paste jem bani jai....
- Pachhi ehma doodh nakho ane barabar hilavi lo ke doodh ane chawal barabar mix thai jai....
- Ehma ek elaichi ane shakkar nakhi do.... shakkar chaho toh taste na hisab si vadhare add kari sako chho....
- Ehne hilawa karo tyar tak ke doodh ane chawal barabar mili jai ane ekdum ane gath thai jai..
.. Gath thai jai means paki gai chhe kheer....

- Agar elaichi na nakhvi hoi toh last ma dry fruit barik kapi ne garnish kari sako chho....

- Maido ma namak ane ghee nakho ane doodh thi atto bandhi lo....Atto soft banvi jove....
- Lawa banavo ane puri banavi lo.... Roti si nahni size ma lava banavana....
-Puri ne 1 kalak sukava do.... ardho kalak pachhi paltavi do puri ne....taake bewe side sukai jai....Puri sukai jase pachhi talso toh ghee kam lagse....
- Pachhi ghee ma deep fry kari lo....
- Kheer puri ne sathe serve karo....
