MASOOR PULAV
- Har mahina ni 7mi ghana kela bundi par salawat sathe Masoor pulav pakave chhe....
- Masoor pulav ma apne chawal na vachma masoor no layer bichhavi ne banaviye chhe....
- 7mi masoor pulav sathe chhas banaviye chhe......
SU JOSE:
- Namak
- 250 gm akhkha masoor
- 1/2 kg chawal
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tspn lasan(garlic) paste
- 2 tomato
- 2 green marcha barik kapela
- 8 patta kari patta
- 1 tsp akhkhu jeer
- 1 tsp dhana jeeru powder
- 1/4 tsp haldi
- 5-7 patta fudino barik kapela
- 2 tbsp Tel
- 2 tsp ghee
- 250 gm akhkha masoor
- 1/2 kg chawal

BANAWANI REET:
- Chawal ne normal pakavana pan thora kacha rakhvana....
- Masoor ni dal ma 2 chapti jitli haldi nakhi ne bafi lo.... Dal chhutti rehvi jove ekdum nai bafwani ke chhundo thai jai....
- Waghar: Tel garam karo ehma lasan, akhkhu jeeru ane pyaj nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
- Pyaj thoru naram pare pachhi ehma lal marcha, dhana jeeru powder ane 1 chapti haldi nakhi ne barabar mix kari lo....
- Pachhi ehma tamatar ane kari patta nakhi ne hilawi lo ane namak swad na hisab si nakhi do ane gas band kari do....
- Ek tapela ma ghee nakhi ne karkaravi lo ane gas band kari do....
- Pachhi ehma half chawal nakhi do.... pachhi ehna par dal bichhavi do....
- Pachhi waghar nakhi do dal par ane fudino chhirki do.... ane barabar sarkhu kari lo....
- Upar baki na chawal barabar bichhavi do.... ane pa glass pani nakhi ne dhaki ne slow flame par thava do.... 5-10 minute ma paaki jase.....Chaho toh upar bhi ghee nakhi sako chho fine laage chhe pura paki jai pachhi....
- Chawal paka ke nahi ae jova ne ek trick chhe....
