Bachelo Jaman-Besan Roti Pizza

Besan Roti Pizza 
Recipe By Tasneembhen Rangwala From Nairobi 

Ingredients to be used :
Leftover roti - 2 to 4
Gram flour (besan) - 5 to 6 spoons
Chopped coriander (kothmir) - 1 tsp
Onions - chopped 1 
Green chillies - According to taste
Salt, Garam masala, Turmeric powder, Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp

Method :
First take a bowl n mix all the ingredients in it with adding water according to the consistency of the batter...keep it little bit thick

Then take the leftover roti on a plate and spread the batter on it equally covering the whole roti..

Take a pan..spread little bit oil on it and put the roti on it (put the part on the pan which is not covered in batter)

Let the roti be little bit hard like a khakhra..now spread some oil on the batter part and flip it...

Let the batter part be thick n roast  for some time..

Again flip it to make both sides equally roasted..

Turn the flame off and put the roti on a plate and cut it into 4 pieces like a pizza...

Now enjoy your Besan Roti Pizza with sauce/mayonnaise/chutney..

A very easy to make..useful..and loved by specially children for their tiffin/breakfast.
