South Indian Special-Idli By SMB Recipes

Ingredients

For Instant Idli Mix 

  • 1 cup urad dal 
  • 1/2 cup thin poha (flattened rice)
  • 2 cup rice flour 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
For Idli Paste 
  • 1 cup Instant Idli Mix 
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup water 
  • 1 cup water
  • eno (fruit salt) 1/4 tsp 




How To Make In Gujarati 

Instant Idli Mix 
  • urad dal lo ane yehne dry roast karo for 2 mins on low flame ane pachi side par muko 
  • pachi poha lo yehne dry roast karo for 1 min  on low flame ane pachi side par muko 
  • hawe urad dal ane poha ne bewe ne grind karilo ane powder banawilo 
  • hawe rice flour lo ane yehne 1 min maate dry roast karo  on low flame
  • hawe aa rice flour ne urad dal n poha wala mixture ma add karido 
  • pachi yeh mixture ma salt add karo 
  • pachi yeh mixture ne barabar mix karilo 
  • instant idli mix tayyar 
  • air-tight-container ma store karjo 
Instant idli 
  • 1 cup instant idli mix (upar banawa nu method batayo che)
  • idli mix ma 1/4 curd ane 1/2 cup water add karo ane barabar mix karilo 
  • pachi yehma 1 cup water add karo ane thick paste banawo jema gatha na hoi 
  • pachi yehma eno add karo ane barabar mix karilo
  • hawe idli stand je market ma ready male che yehna par pehla oil si greace karilo 
  • ane pachi aa thick batter ne yehma bharilo
  • ane pachi steam karilo for 15 mins 
  • agar steamer na hoi toh cooker use karjo ane whistle(siti) na lagavjo
  • 15 mins tak steam karjo 
  • ane pachi idli stand ma thi nikaljo
  • idli ready serve with sambhar and cocunut chutney  

How To Make In English 

Instant Idli Mix 
  • first take urad dal and dry roast it for 2 mins  on low flame and keep aside 
  • then take flattened rise dry roast it for 1 min  on low flame and keep aside 
  • now mix urad dal and flattened rice and grind it .... it should become powder
  • now take rice flour and dry roast for 1 min  on low flame
  • now mix rice flour & urad dal + flattened rice mixture 
  • add salt in it and mix well
  • instant idli mix ready 
  • store it in air tight container 
Instant idli 
  • Take 1 cup instant idli mix 
  • add curd to it 
  • add 1/2 cup water to it 
  • mix well thick mixture with lumps
  • add 1 cup water, thick paste without lumps 
  • now add eno in it and mix well
  • grease the idli stand with oil (idli stand readily available in market)
  • now pour the batter in it 
  • steam it for 15 mins 
  • if u dont have steamer use cooker without putting whistle to it 
  • cook for 15 mins 
  • take the idli out from idli stand serve with sambhar and cocunut chutney

  • 6-8 pcs of chicken lolipop
  • 2 tbsp yogart
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1 tbs spoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp ready schezwan sauce
  • salt to taste

How To Make In Gujarati 
  • pehla ek bowl lo ... yehma yogurt, red chilli, haldi, ginger-garlic paste, schezwan sauce ande salt to taste add karo ane barabar mix karilo...
  • pachi yehma chicken lolipop pcs add karo and haath si barabar masli lo ane yehna par barabar masalo chadawi do...
  • pachi 2-5 mins yehne emaj rehwa do
  • pachi ek pan lo ane yehma 2 tbsp tel ane garam karo .
  • pachi chicken loli pop ne yehma nakho ane 2 mins tak cook karo ....
  • pachi yeh ne dakhi do ane bija 5 mins tak cook karo ...
  • aapna chicken lolipop ready...

How To make In English 
  • take a bowl and add yogurt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, schezwan sause ginger-garlic paste and salt to taste and mix them welll..
  • now add chicken lolipop to it and marinate the chicken lolipop with hand with the paste 
  • keep aside for 2 -5 mins 
  • now take a frying pan and add 2 tbsp oil in it and heat it 
  • now put all the marinated lolipop in it 
  • cook for 2 mins 
  • and then close the pan with a lid and again cook for 5 mins 
  • lolipop is ready

  •  2 slice of bread 
  • salt to taste 
  • half fine chopped onion 
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • 1 tbsp milk 
  • tomato sause 
  • cheese slice
  • 3 eggs 
  • oil for cooking

  • Ek pyala ma 1 tblspn doodh lo.... ehma swad na hisab si namak nakhi ne halawi lo....
  • Ehma barik kapelu pyaj ane barik kapela green marcha nakhi ne barabar hilawi lo....
  • Ehma 3 eggs break kari ne nakho ane barabar halawi lo....
  • Tel garam karo ane ehma egg nu paste nakhi do....
  • Slow flame par  thava do.... thori vaar baad turn karo ane barabar pakavi lo...

How To Make In English 

  • Take 1 bowl and 1 tbsp milk in it and salt as per taste and mix well 
  • then add finely chopped onion and green chilli to it and mix well 
  • now add 3 egg to mixture and again mix well
  • take a pan heat oil in it and pour and cook well
  • now take omellet from the pan and cut in square pcs 
  • and take 2 slices of bread and and ad ketchup or mayonise as per your choice on it 
  • take 1 slice and put omelette on it and the 1 slice of chees (optional) on it and the place the other slice of bread and close the sandwich
  • now cook the sandwich in sandwich maker for 3-5 mins... apply butter on both sides ....
  • sandwich is ready

  • pehla bewe slices par butter ane chutni lagavi do..... hawe ek slice lo ane yehna upar vegetable muko aapne jitni quantity ma joita hoi itna quantity ma ane pachi yehna par chat masala chidkido ane yehna par biji slice muki ne sandwich ne close kari do....
  • pachi aapne jem shape ma jowe yehne cut karo ane yehna par mayonise spread karo ane pachi sev chidki do...

  • pehla vegetable ne round cut karo jem niche image ma bataya che
  • pachi bread slice lo ane yehna par ek side par butter lagavo... pachi yehna upar green chatni lagavo ane pachi 1 cheese slice muko.... 
  • hawe je bread par cheese slice muki che yehna par vegetabel aapne jitna jowe itna muko ane yehna par chat masala as per taste chidki do  ane pachi yehna par 2 slices of cheese muko  ane pachi2 slice of bread thi close kari do 
  •  hawe sandwich na bewe bahar ni side na  par butter lagavo ane yehne sandwich maker ya tawa par muki ne cook karo for approx 3-5 mins ne chk karjo... bread nu colour slight dark brown thawo joiye.... 
  • pachi sandwich ne nikali lo ane yehna par cheese thi garnish karilo... ane je style ma aapne jowe em piece karilo....
  • sandwich ready 

How To Make In English 

  • first cut the vegetable is round shape as shown in image attached below 
  • then apply butter on one side of bread slice and the add apply green chutni to it and then place one of cheese on it..
  • now places vegetable as per your choice and then sprinkle chat masala on it.... and then again place 2 slice of cheese on it 
  • then place the other slice of bread and close the sandwich 
  • now apply butter on both outer layer of bread and then cook in sandwich make for 3-5 mins
  • color of bread should become slight dark brown i
  • now remove it from sandwich maker and varnish it with cheese and and cut in to the desired size  pieces u want

White Chocolate Ganache By SMB Recipes

Ingredients 

  • 600 gm chopped white chocolate
  • 200 gm milk cream 

How To Make In Gujarati 
  • pehla milk cream ne garam karo ane ublwa pehla gas band karilo
  • pachi ek bowl na chocolates pcs lo ane yehma aa garam milk cream nakhi do 
  • 2 mins maate em aj rehwa dejo 
  • pachi chocolate ane milk cream ne barabar mix kari lejo 
  • gatha na aawa joiye 
  • smooth paste banwo joiye and end ma 1 tbsp  butter add karjo shine maate
  • ek waat nu dyan rakho dark chocolate ganache banawo tayare 1:3 nu ratio lejo... itle milk cream 1 part and chocolate 3 parts 

How To Make In English

  • first boil the mil cream and switch off the gas before boiling point 
  • second take the white chocolate in a bowl and add the hot milk cream to it 
  • keep it a sided for 2 mins 
  • next mix the chocolate milk mixture well 
  • make sure there are no lumps in it 
  • add 1 tbsp butter to add shine to it,,
  • please note in dark chocolate ganache we take 1:3 ratio... that is 1 part milk cream and 3 parts chocolate

Ingredients

  • 250 gm butter (masko)
  • 155 gm icing sugar / powdered sugar 
  • 250 gm all purpose flour

  • ek bowl lo yehma butter aadd karo ane yehna par icing sugar add karo ane yeh mixture ne barabar mix karilo ek thick paste banwo joiye 
  • pachi ek bijo bowl lo yehma all purpose flour add karo ane yehma custard powder ad karo ane barabar mix karilo
  • hawe ek 3 bowl lo yehma 1 egg lo ane yeh todo ane barabar egg ne halawi lo..
  • next woh egg ne butter n sugar na mixture ma nakho ane barabar mix karilo 
  • pachi yeh mixture ma flour n custard powder nu mixture add karo. ane barabar mix karilo....
  • aa mixture easily tuti jawo joiye strech na thawo joiye...
  • hawe yeh mixture ma si small lowa banawo jem apne roti maate banawye che... ane icing sugar ma lotavi do 
  • pachi yehh lowa ne ek plate ma chutta chutta muko ane yehne fork (kaato) thi press karo.... so yeh cookies na shape ma aawi jai... 
  • ane pachi yehne oven ma 180 degrees par 15 mins maate muko....
  • ane agar oven na hoi toh 20-25 mins maate cooker ma without whistle cook karjo,,,
  • crunchy cookies ready

How To Make In English 

  • Take a bowl and add butter and icing sugar in it mix well and make a thick paste
  • Take another bowl add all purpose flour and custard powder in it mix well 
  • Take 3 bowl and break 1 egg in it n beat it well 
  • Now add egg to butter n sugar mixture and mix well 
  • Now add flour + custard powder mixture to butter+sugar+egg mixture.. mix well and make a thick paste... make sure there are no lumps in it ... it should be thick
  • the mixture should break easily and not stretch
  • now make small balls as we do for Chappatis(rotis) and cover it with icing sugar....
  • place those balls on a plate at equal distance and and then press it with fork to give cookies shape....
  • you can make it in oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins 
  • or u can make it in cooker without whistle for 25 mins  
  • crunchy cookies ready

Caramel Custard Pudding By SMB Rcipes

 Ingredients


  • 800 ml milk 
  • 200 ml milk cream 
  • 5 tbsp sugar 
  • 15 gms agar agar powder (vegetarian gelatin)(halal gelatin)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
For The Caramel 
5 tbsp sugar 


How To Make In Gujarati 

  • pehla doodh ne gas par slow flame par muko  ane pachi yehma milk cream ,sugar add karo,, continous stir karjo pachi yehma agar agar powder and vanilla essence add karjo ane barabar stir karjo slow flame par 
  • aa mixture ne barabr ubali lejo...
  • pachi aa mixture ne side par muki dejo....
  • hawe a non-stick pan ma 5 tbsp sugar add karo  ane slow flame par sugar ne melt thawa do... ek brown colour nu paste banse,,,,
  • pachi small bowls lo ane yehna botton ma 1 spoon aa melted sugar ankjo... ane ane yehna par pachi aa milk nu mixture nakho.... (small cups ma same way repeart karjo... pooro mixture ekaj bowl ma na nakhi dejo )
  • 30 mins maate deep freeze karo 
  • pachi yeh mixture na bowl ne ek plate par ulto muko ane yeh mixture ne bahar nikalo 
  • pudding is ready 


How To Make In English 

  • Take Milk in a pan, and place it on gas on slow flame ... add milk cream, sugar , agar-agar powder and vanilla essence to it and stir well with whisker...
  • allow the milk to reach boiling point and the keep it aside and allow it to cool 
  • in another frying pan add 5 tbsp sugar in it and allow it to melt on slow flame... you will get a thick brown color paste..
  • now take small bowls and first add 1 spoon melted sugar to the botton and the add smalll quantity of milk mixture to it (please note do not add the entire mixture in one bowl)
  • now keep the bowl in deep freeze for 30 mins
  • remove the bowl and place it on a plate upside down.. and slow tap to remove the pudding...
  • the caramel part will be on top...
  • pudding in ready
