Bachelo Jaman-Besan Roti Pizza

Besan Roti Pizza 
Recipe By Tasneembhen Rangwala From Nairobi 

Ingredients to be used :
Leftover roti - 2 to 4
Gram flour (besan) - 5 to 6 spoons
Chopped coriander (kothmir) - 1 tsp
Onions - chopped 1 
Green chillies - According to taste
Salt, Garam masala, Turmeric powder, Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp

Method :
First take a bowl n mix all the ingredients in it with adding water according to the consistency of the batter...keep it little bit thick

Then take the leftover roti on a plate and spread the batter on it equally covering the whole roti..

Take a pan..spread little bit oil on it and put the roti on it (put the part on the pan which is not covered in batter)

Let the roti be little bit hard like a khakhra..now spread some oil on the batter part and flip it...

Let the batter part be thick n roast  for some time..

Again flip it to make both sides equally roasted..

Turn the flame off and put the roti on a plate and cut it into 4 pieces like a pizza...

Now enjoy your Besan Roti Pizza with sauce/mayonnaise/chutney..

A very easy to make..useful..and loved by specially children for their tiffin/breakfast.

Dupayaza   . Dubbal piyaaz( Onions ) lewanu
Chicken  500 g.m  Bonless .
Chicken ma Adarak lasson green chillies pest .Salt .add Karo Half bowl Chooped Onions Chooped Tometo 1 Capcicum Chooped 1  add Kari haldi+ red chilli powder 1 spoon add Kari merrinat Karo.

Ingredients:
1kg chicken pieces(clean n washed)
2-3 lemon
Ginger- garlic paste 
5-6 medium size onions
4-5 green chillies (slightly deseed )
Fresh cream
Fresh Pepper pwdr
Coriander leaves
Butter

Method
1 : Marinate the chicken with GG paste ,lemon , fresh pepper pwdr ,turmeric pwdr , salt to taste...
2 : Grind the pieces of onions ,green chillies ,the stems of Coriander to a fine paste n keep it aside...
3 : Take a pan n shallow fry the chicken pieces in little butter ...keep turning the pieces till u get the brown tinge over it.
4: Saute this paste in butter( I used oil) till light brown n add GG paste to it n add little water n saute fr 15 mins...
5 : Now add the fried chicken pieces to the paste, little pepper n salt n add water and cook till chicken becomes tender..
6: Add fresh cream n cook for 5 minutes n add finely chopped coriander leaves...

Ready to serve the lemony n tangy chicken...

Cocunut Icecream

Coconut ice cream recipe

4 eggs

1 cup white sugar

2 cups heavy whipping cream 

2 cups canned full-fat coconut milk

1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

2 teaspoons coconut flavoring (optional)

3 tablespoons flaked coconut, sweetened or unsweetened (optional)      method.       Place the eggs and sugar in a food processor, mixer, or blender. Process about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

Pour this mixture into the top of a double-boiler and place over medium-high heat.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring continuously with a whisk until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy (it should look like custard). Place in the refrigerator to cool.

Pour heavy cream into your food processor, blender, or mixer. Blitz until cream becomes very thick and stiff peaks form (approximately 1 minute). Scoop into a large mixing bowl.

Fold coconut milk plus flaked coconut (if using) into the whipped cream, stirring to combine.

Now add the cooked egg/sugar mixture from the refrigerator. Also add the flavoring (vanilla/coconut), gently stirring everything together by hand. You should end up with a thick, white batter-like mixture. Pour into prepared container(s). Set in the freezer and allow to freeze at least 8 hours, or overnight.

To serve, dip an ice cream scoop in warm water and scoop the ice cream into bowls. For extra coconut flavor, top with a little sweetened flaked coconut.

Ing:- milk powder 1 cup
          Water for making milk pwd into milk
          Custured pwd 1tbsp
          Kesar n pista pwd masala 1pinch
           Rose syrup 1tbsp
           Sugar 3tbsp(requred as per ur taste)


Method:- first in a bowl add 2tbsp of milk pwd frm 1 cup n mix wid water to make it milk bt make sure dnt make it too thin milk......keep little thick n mix firmly so dat lumps should nt be der.....den add custured pwd n mix well without lumps......den add masala n syrup n mix....n keep it aside

Take another container add remaining milk pwd n mix well n put it on d gas......wen d milk comes to boiling point add suger n mix until d suger melts ....den slow down d gas n add custured mixture in d boling milk n mix gently till it gets thick n bubbles come up......close d flame n let it cools down at room temperature......den pour d custured in air tight container n garnish wid dry fruits n keep in freezer for over night.....

Next day eat chilled custured in hot climate n enjoy yummy rose custured

half kg chicken mince 
milk of one coconut
200 gms cashew powder
dry masalas jeera red chilli powder turmeric coriander powder and ginger garlic and green chilli paste
marinate the chicken mince in ginger garlic chilli paste two tsps one tsp red chilli powder one tsp coriander powder and half tsp turmeric add salt allow to marinate for abt one hour add little cornflour or besan to bind it
make small balls and fry it keep aside
heat little butter in the pan add jeera when it splutters add coconut milk and cashew powder mix properly if too thick add water allow it to cook on slow flame for five mins add salt if reqd because cashew powder is salted now slowly drop the dumplings into it cook for abt two mins garnish with coriander serve with paratha or rice

sirkhurma ni sev 75 gm
1 spoon ghee
custerd powder 1 1/2 spoon
ilaaychi powder
dry fruits ( kaju, badaam ,pista) 50gm
suger 100gm

how to make
ek tapela maa ghee nakhwanu , sev sekhwani for 2min. dudh nakhi ukaalwanu add dry fruit , elaaychi powder , suger, custerd powder (doodh maa gholi ne)

tip- desert aachhu gadu thawa tak ukalwa de ...ane dhandu thawa baad bowl maa serve kari ne freeze maa muke.

then your desert is ready.....

Phela mutton tomatoes oil red chilli powder salt badhu nakhi ne pakva desu. Mutton soft Thai jaye.

Ek pan ma thoru oil nakhe Ena ma potatoes capsicum salt haldi nakhi ne saute kare.
 Pachi rice  ne pakavo jem biryani Na rice pakave che em.

Fry Chicken Tikka

Fry Chicken tikka .......
Recipe:Mariyabhen Shakirbhai Sidhpuri
Chennai


1 kg boneless thigh medium piece
Marinate with
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp greenchilli paste
2 tbsp dhanya powder
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp coloured red chilli powder ( can also use tikka masala)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garam masala
2 tbsp soy sauce
One lemon juice
Marinate for 2 hrs
I marinate over night
Now put chicken on skewers
Roll it in bread crumbs
Put it in the freezer for 1 hour
Heat oil in the pan for deep frying
Dip each skewer in the egg ( beaten ) and fry on medium flame till chicken is done. Takes around 20 mins to fry one batch.
It’s really simple yet tasty dish , do try it

Now make a thick batter of 2 egg,1 cup maida,salt to taste nd red chillie powder one tspn garam masala pwdr, nd mix wd water.

Now add 50 gm thick cream into the marinated chicken than fix the chicken into skewers or sticks dn dip it into egg bater n fold it into breadcrumbs freeze it for half an hour then deep fry till golden..done serve wd lemon onion n mint chutney...

cheese of your choice 250 gms grated
mix everything add green chillies finely chopped if u want it spicy take samosa patti fill this filling and deep fry on hot flame
be careful seal the edges properly or cheese will ooz out
serve hot with ketchup

2 big packet of maggie noddles ....
4 carrot
1 big onion ( if possible take 1 bunch of spring onion)
3 medium size capsicum
1 small size cabbage
2 green chillies
3 big spoon frozen corn
3 big spoon frozen peas
250gm bonless chicken
Vinegar as per taste
Soya sauce as per taste
Salt as per taste
Black paper as per taste
Cornflour 2 small spoon
